The Board meets quarterly to monitor progress and assess new projects. Once a decision is made to progress research, Dr Taylor then organizes for the scoping, timetable, milestones and other project matters to be documented.
The Institute is committed to publishing results from its research investments and after a 2 year establishment phase it has detailed a number of projects for the next 36 months. The Institute describes the first 3 years of research the 'Initial Phase', and discoveries from this period will define: the research to be pursued thereafter; the best way to proceed with the research; the investment required to meet the future needs; the governance and control criteria to deliver outcomes in scope with the Institute original objectives.
The Directors look forward to bringing you updated information as the initial three-year phase progresses to its 2010 completion date.
